Kendra Cooke, Broker  ABR, CRS

Kendra is originally from Southern Illinois and relocated to Middle Tennessee in 1988 initially to pursue a career in law, that quickly changed to Real Estate.  Nearing 21 years of consistently working in the Real Estate Industry, Kendra has achieved many honors and accolades, including being named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors in February 2006.  This was a huge honor for Kendra since she was selected by her peers for this award based on her professionalism, her eagerness to give back to her community and the enthusiasm and willingness to serve the Real Estate industry on many different levels.

While consistently serving 100+ families annually in the Real Estate business, Kendra still manages to find time to volunteer at various organizations and be an active member in her community. She is currently serving as Treasurer for the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), is a member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Kendra is also the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Membership Council Chair and is a member of the Greater Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce. For contact information click here
